Conor Tobin joined Campbell Knutson in 2024 bringing his diverse private practice experience with him.  In addition to his private practice, he serves as a conciliation court referee in Ramsey County and is Minnesota Rule 114 qualified neutral, and he has previously served as a Minnesota No-Fault Arbitrator, was a panel attorney for Criminal Defense Services, Inc., and helped established a low-income defense panel in Dakota County.  He has been rated as a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers® in 2012 – 2019 – an honor given to no more than 2.5% of attorneys – and as a Super Lawyer in 2023 and 2024.

After growing up in Eau Claire, WI, he graduated from Augsburg College, and received a Fulbright Fellowship to study at the University of Oslo in Norway.  He graduated from William Mitchell College of Law and clerked for the Honorable Robert A. Awsumb in Ramsey County District Court.

Conor is an active soccer referee officiating in semi-pro, amateur, recreational, high school, and college competitions.  He is the treasurer of the Minnesota State Referee Committee and a co-founder of the Twin Cities Soccer Referees Organization.  He is a member of the state bar associations for Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Washington. Conor is admitted to practice in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Washington as well as the Federal District Court for Minnesota.
