Campbell Knutson, P.A. Attorneys to Speak at the Minnesota Association of City Attorneys 2023 Annual Conference

The Minnesota Association of City Attorneys (MACA) 2023 Annual Conference will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at the Sheraton Bloomington Hotel, 5601 West 78th Street, Bloomington, MN 55439. MACA President and Partner Jared Shepherd will participate in the panel “Treating Code Violators Like Your In-Laws: Embarrassing, yes, but they need tough love.” Partner Soren Mattick will speak on “The Practical Implications for Park Dedication Requirements and Fees Following Puce v. Burnsville.” Attorney Leah Koch will share her expertise on how cities are WEEDing out issues with employment, licensing, and more surrounding the partial legalization of cannabinoid products in 2022, along with providing an outlook on cannabis legislation at the Capitol. Attorney Meagan Kelley will speak on “Criminal Track: Prosecuting Driving While Impaired Offenses from a City Attorney’s Perspective.”
