The Minnesota Association of City Attorneys will be hosting 3-part event for their Facing Forward Series to explore systemic racism in the criminal justice system. Campbell Knutson is a contributing sponsor for this event.
The first installment will delve into the history of policing, and trauma. The second installment will examine problems in the system, law enforcement and the community, and the role of the attorney in prosecution. The third installment will discuss police training, restorative justice, and collaborative municipal representation.
This free event is open to City Administrations and Managers, Police Chiefs and personnel, DEI Staff, Attorneys, and all city officials who are interested in learning more about race and the criminal justice system.
